3. Old Business
a. Compliance Review. Audit from NCDOT update . The five areas of compliance that
needed to be corrected were completed. Have letter from NCDOT stating PATS is
in compliance.
b. Ordering of FY23 replacement vehicles still delayed. Expecting order process to start in
late March. Vehicle cost will be higher.
4. New Business
a. Resolution of support for asking BOC for any local share in excess of approved amount
not to exceed 10% of total purchase price.
b. Resolution of support to update the policy and procedures for procurement.
c. Nominate and establish chair and vice chair positions year.
