a. Ordering of FY23 replacement vehicles has started. Purchase order for one 22” LTV has
been issued. Raised roof van to be ordered in June.
b. Procurement policy change. The changes in the procurement policy for purchasing
vehicles was passed by the Board of Commissioners.
4. New Business
a. Resolution of support application for the FY2024 Rural State Operating Funds Grant.

b. Resolution of support to apply for the FY2025 5311 Administrative Grant for $208,260 of
which the local match would be $31,239
