1. Approval of September 6, 2023 Regular Meeting Minutes

3. Old Business
a. Public hearing and FY25 Capital Grant application update .
b. ROAP disbursement from state has come in. The approved amounts for Person
Industries and Senior Center are in the process of being distributed.
4. New Business
a. Resolution Establishing 2024 Schedule of Regular Meeting for the TAB board .
b. Drug & Alcohol policy update to meet new guidelines.
c. Possibility of AED units on PATS vehicles.
d. Possible change in organization and governance of human service functions including
PATS.

c. Director – We are running at full capacity almost every day. There have been numerous
days in November and December where we had to stop taking rides (mostly all pleasure
rides) a full day ahead of our 11:00 am deadline. We are encouraging riders to reserve
spots as early as possible.
