Welcome, Call to Order
1. Recognition of new board Jeremy Buchanan and introductions of members and staff.
2. Public comment section. Ten minutes of time is set aside for comments from the public to
speak of their concerns about PATS including rate fare increases. If more than one person
is signed up then the ten minutes will be divided equally among the speakers.
3. Approval of March 6, 2023 Regular Meeting Minutes.

5. Old Business
a. Fare increase that was approved at March meeting set to start July 1, 2024. Notifications
were posted in buses and handed out to riders at the first of May. Notice went up on the
website and advertised in the Courier-Times May 30, 2024
6. New Business
a. Resolution of support to apply for FY2026 5311 administrative grant.
b. Resolution of support to apply for FY2025 ROAP funding from North Carolina.
