Meeting Minutes
April 10, 2024

I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Martha Pickett.
II. Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Kelly Foti to approve the March 13th meeting minutes. Ashley Stone
seconded and the motion passed.
III. Program Updates
Program updates were given by Roots & Wings and Youth Villages
IV. Chief Court Counselor Report
Report included with meeting agenda
V. Consultant’s Report
Eddie Crews reminded all providers to submit budget revisions by June 1. Mr. Crews also stated the
possibility of additional monies for violence prevention ($30,000 per county).

VII. New Business
A discussion of excess Administrative funds were discussed. Martha Picket asked providers if they
could use additional funds. On behalf of Roots & Wings, Ronnie Dunevant expressed interest. A motion
was made by Charles Harvey to transfer up to $1,000 from the Administration budget to Roots &
Wings. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
VIII. Announcements
Fam Fest will be this upcoming Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 10am to 2pm. Food Trucks and lots
of activities will be available.
IX. Adjournment
Next meeting will be June 12, 2024 @1:00 pm
