Pursuant to NCGS §138A-15(e), the Chair shall remind Planning Board members of their duty to avoid
conflicts of interest and to inquire as to whether there is any known conflict of interest with respect to any

Unified Development Ordinance that updates, amends, and consolidates land development
regulations within ten existing ordinances into one consolidated ordinance for the purpose of
providing land development procedures.
