I am writing to touch base with you about the possibility of having a special called meeting of the Library Advisory Board. It was brought to my attention yesterday by Dr. Harvey that there may be interest in having this meeting, virtually if needed, since the last scheduled meeting was canceled and the Board may have interest in discussing the location of the NC Room among other items/updates ahead of the October 7th start date for the new Library Director. Please respond directly to me to let me know your availability for the next two weeks and Dr. Harvey and I will work together to coordinate a meeting date/time.
