Present:Bob Brauer,Cheryl Allen,Steve Evans,Bo Freeman,Larry Williams,The
monthly meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.by Bob Brauer,President.
BUSINESS DISCUSSION:
●Fall Litter Sweep:Bob reported an average showing for the Litter Sweep with about fifty people
coming out for the event.The sweep had good representation from RCS students participating as
well as other county residents.
●Personality Event:Plans are in place for the Personality event on Saturday and booth coverage is
set.We will be handing out our new stickers this year and encouraging people to display them on
their vehicles.The Recycle Center also partnered with us again this year on our booth.
●Update on school outreach programs:No new information at this time.
●CT article plans and status:Bob is working on an article at this time on climate science.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.Next meeting is November 2,2023 at the
Senior Center Social Hall at 5:30 p.m.
