I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Richard Johnson
II. Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Martha Picket to approve the August14, 2024 meeting minutes. Aaron Lappin
seconded and the motion passed.

IV. Consultant’s Report
The Eckert facility is open and taking kids since the middle of August 2024. Eddie requested all members
sign a Conflict of Interest form. Mr. Crews also announced that Risks/Needs data will be out in the next
few weeks.

Relay for Life will be September 27, 2024
John Hill announced that Parks & Rec has a new brochure available. He will also share a link of the new
video that was created.
Richard questioned if it was permissible to attend juvenile court.
The schedule of the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month @ 9:30 in the District Courtroom was shared with
the group. It was also noted that if it is a serious matter, the court would be closed to outside parties.
