09-27-2024 Special Meeting Notice
SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
The Person County Board of Commissioners will hold a Special
Meeting on September 27, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
The meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Boardroom 215 in
the County Office Building located at 304 S. Morgan St., Roxboro,
NC.
The purpose of the Special Meeting will be for a closed session
pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-318.11(a)(3) and (4) to consult
with the County Attorney regarding Main Stream Earthwork, Inc.
v. Person County, Person 24 CVS 182-270, and other matters
protected by attorney-client privilege and to discuss matters
relating to the location or expansion of industries or other
businesses in the area served by the public body.
