Meeting Date: June 19th, 2020
Call to Order: An emergency meeting of the Animal Control Advisory Committee was held in
Roxboro, North Carolina on June 19th, 2020. The meeting convened at 11:00am.

Special meeting held: Dangerous dog appeal by Casey Abrams. Director presented the case
regarding the decision to deem a dog dangerous. The Abrams also presented their side for their
dog Ollie.
Decision was made by the board majority vote that the Dangerous Dog title stay, and the Abrams
are to follow all laws and regulations relating to the same.
Adjournment: Motion made that the meeting be adjourned and all approved. The meeting was
adjourned at 11:54 a.m.
