I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Richard Johnson
II. Guest Speakers with CCR Consulting Group (Project with Social Services assessment &
evaluation)
The speakers asked the group for input with the perspective of community members through the lens
of DSS on statutory requirements of JCPC.
The group gave input and had a positive discussion.
III. Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Charles Harvey to approve the September 11, 2024 meeting minutes. Kelly Foti
seconded and the motion passed.

Community Service: There has been lots of activity at the Museum. Painting, moving, cleaning and
computer work has been completed with community service hours.
V. Consultant’s Report
Eddie Crews announced there would be a discussion of Risks/Needs at the next meeting. Chief Hess
said he would be happy to share juvenile crime data from his office.
