NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Person County Board of Commissioners will hold a
public meeting on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in
Room 215 of the Person County Office Building at 304 S.
Morgan St., Roxboro, NC to hear the following:
• Petition REZ-01-25 – A request by the owner, Eliud
Munoz, for Rezoning approval on 0.8 acres located at
2477 Leasburg Road (Tax Map 116 28) from Residential
to B1 (Highway Commercial).
The public is invited to attend the meeting. The
Commissioners reserve the right to recess the public
meeting at another place and time. For further
