(Conditional District - Rural Conservation) for a Level 3 (10 acres or greater) Solar Energy System on
Tax Map and Parcel numbers A41-1, A31-16, A31-42 and A42-5, consisting of approximately 798 acres
located on Hurdle Mills Road and Satterfield Road.
