12-22-2025 Special Meeting Notice
SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
Pursuant to N.C. General Statute 153A-40, notice is hereby given that a
Special Meeting of the Person County Board of Commissioners has been
duly called by a majority of the members of the Board for Monday,
December 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Boardroom 215 in the
Person County Office Building located at 304 S. Morgan St., Roxboro, NC.
The purpose of the Special Meeting will be for a Closed Session in
accordance with NC General Statute 143-318.11(a)(3) to discuss matters
related to attorney-client privilege, N.C General Statute 143-318.11(a)(1) to
prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential
pursuant to the law of this State or of the United States, or not considered a
public record within the meaning of Chapter 132 of the General Statutes,
and NC General Statute 143-318.11(a)(6) to discuss matters related to
personnel.
This notice is provided in compliance with the North Carolina Open
Meetings Law.
