The Board of Commissioners for the County of Person, North Carolina, met in
special session on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’
Boardroom 215 in the Person County Office Building located at 304 S. Morgan Street,
Roxboro, NC.
A motion was made by Vice-Chair Wilborn and carried 5-0 to enter into
Closed Session at 1:00 p.m. in accordance with NC General Statute 143-318.11(a)(3) to
discuss matters related to attorney-client privilege, N.C General Statute 143-318.11(a)(1)
to prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential pursuant to the
law of this State or of the United States, or not considered a public record within the
meaning of Chapter 132 of the General Statutes, and NC General Statute 143-318.11(a)(6)
to discuss matters related to personnel.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Wilborn and carried 5-0 to return to open
session at 3:42p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Vice-Chair Wilborn and carried 5-0 to adjourn the meeting
at 3:42 p.m.
