NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Person County Board of Commissioners will hold a
public hearing on April 6, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Person
County Office Building Auditorium, 304 S. Morgan St.,
Roxboro, NC to consider and receive comment on the
following:
• TA 07-25 – Solar System Ordinance – Type 4
• TA 01-26 – Planning Ordinance – Consolidating the
Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance, Solar Energy Sys-
tem Ordinance, Sexually Oriented Businesses Ordinance,
and Airport Height Limitation Zoning Ordinance into the
Planning Ordinance, with no changes to the existing
regulations.
